#2MinuteBeachClean
When the #TourOfBritain came to Devon
When the biggest professional bike race in the UK whizzes right past your office, it would be rude not to build a great big bike.
As a supporter of #2MinuteBeachClean, we turned to the sea for our building materials.
Our people-powered bike was made from almost 4,000 feet of waste nylon fishing rope.
The #2MinuteBeachClean movement is a simple idea, that everyone who visits the beach spends two minutes picking up litter.
Doesn’t sound like a lot. But on Instagram alone, the 85,000 times people have used the hashtag adds up to 118 days of solid beach cleaning.
