Following an EU compliant tender process and online auction, the West Country-based creative communications agency is one of 12 agencies selected to deliver Marketing and Communications Strategy Development services (lot 1).
Work assigned to lot 1 Agencies will include the analysis and identification of audience segments and the development of communications strategies to inform key strategic marketing and communications decisions for the public sector.
From planning and delivering complex, data-driven campaigns across large, diverse sections of the public, to identifying specific audiences and devising targeted B2B campaigns, Bray Leino has almost 40 years’ experience working with clients like the National Census, The Royal Mint, BP, Virgin Media, and many more.
The Agency, which has offices in Devon, Bristol and London, will provide end-to-end marketing and communications strategy development across all relevant channels (paid, owned and earned), including behaviour change theory and analysis; audience research and trend forecasting; content strategy and planning; insight generation and stakeholder strategy.
“Making sense of complex information and using that insight to drive innovative strategy across multiple channels is what we specialise in," said Bray Leino Chief Strategy Officer Lisa Killbourn. "Our selection for this new GPS roster is not only a huge opportunity, but a further affirmation of Bray Leino’s pedigree as a communications agency.”
Other agencies in Lot 1 include DRAFTFCB London, Mediacom, Manning Gottlieb OMD, Mediaedge: CIA and RKCR/Y&R.
UPDATE - Since this article was published, the GPS has been rebranded as the Crown Commrcial Service (CCS).
