IPA Gold for CPD for the 2nd year running
Highly commended in a number of areas, Bray Leino’s CPD framework was said to clearly reflect our vision of becoming the most recommended communications agency in the UK. It was evident in the way we bring staff into the company, train them up, provide clear feedback on their progress and support them in the career progression.
We currently employ around 400 staff across a number of locations, spanning Devon, Bristol, London and Singapore.
The IPA judges said our CPD framework was “a powerful vision and one that naturally filters down into the overall business with clear expectations, skills and development that support the overall success”.
“There’s a transparency about what these guys do that is refreshing,” they continued. “People feel free to challenge and grow and in turn fuel the very strategies that deliver what the agency is all about.”
CPD programme mastermind and Bray Leino’s Head of Talent and Performance Julie Lewis , said: “AchievingGold last year with a highly creative entry was a huge achievement, but to pick up the same Award two years running is really more than we expected. It’s testament to the hard work of my team and the commitment of everybody in Bray Leino to constantly making things better for ourselves and our clients.”
