Rewarding talent and providing opportunities to grow is intrinsic to our values, and one of the reasons we have a staff retention rate of 90% against an industry average of 70%.

CPD initiatives at Bray Leino include a structured and supportive onboarding process, appraisals and reviews, and coaching and leadership training. We also offer a variety of health and wellbeing activities, such as yoga and summer fitness sessions. Developments this year include increased investment in Wellness—our internal well-being initiative, which saw a number of our team qualify as Mental Health First Aiders. This investment has proven particularly beneficial during the testing circumstances of Covid-19 lockdown.
